Scope
South Denver Pulmonary is a succesful practice with a strong customer base. Their main goal was to enhance patient care and facilitate the practice's commincations with referring doctors and patients.
Method
The three main goals of the website area featured in big blue buttons on the homepage. Other information is organized in a way that makes it easy for doctors to direct patients to it. A single contact form was designed, seamlessly adding extra layers of authentication when sensitive medical information was requested.
Results
The site enhanced patient care by providing relevant medical information and making it easier to request referrals and prescriptions. The productivity of the front desk staff was increased when the website address was added to the practice's telephone system, allowing prescription refill and appointment requests to be processed during off-peak hours. Every aspect of the client's expectations was met.
